Gustavo Miguel Santos Assunção

Gustavo Assunção received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in 2019 and 2024, respectively, consistently achieving great results in the former and been awarded a FCT scholarship to carry out the latter. He has been a researcher with the Immersive Systems and Sensory Stimulation Lab (IS3L) of the Institute of Systems and Robotics, in Coimbra, Portugal, since 2018, focusing on biologically-inspired deep learning and having participated in several collaborations.
