Faisal Firas Mazloum

Faisal Firas Mazloum completed his B.Sc. degree in Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering in 2022 and his M.Sc. degree in Mechatronic Systems in 2025 at Vilnius Tech, with a dissertation entitled "An experimental study on the relationship between machine learning parameters and precise robot control". He joined the PhD program in Electrical Engineering and Intelligent Systems (DEESI) at the University of Coimbra in December 2025, where his doctoral research focuses on runtime self-diagnosis and adaptive field robotics within the AIGreenBots MSCA Innovative Training Network. He is supervised by Dr. Micael S. Couceiro (Ingeniarius, Ltd.) and Dr. David Portugal (University of Coimbra).
